Territories makes a fourth consecutive appearance at Group One level in the Qatar Prix du Moulin de Longchamp over a mile at Longchamp, France, on Sunday September 13.

The Andre Fabre-trained colt has already established himself as one of Europe's top three-year-old milers with three excellent runs over the distance, most recently when going down by a length and a half to Esoterique in the Prix du Haras de Fresnay-le-Buffard - Jacques le Marois at Deauville on August 16.

He quickened brilliantly to beat Dutch Connection by half a length in the Prix Jean Prat at Chantilly on July 12 and found only Gleneagles two and a quarter lengths too strong in the first British Classic, the QIPCO 2000 Guineas at Newmarket on May 2.

Territories made a winning seasonal return with a straightforward two-length victory in the Group Three Prix de Fontainebleau, also over a mile, at Longchamp, France, on April 12.

Lisa-Jane Graffard of Godolphin commented: "Territories has shown a very good level of form at Longchamp and really appreciates the track.

"He has had a very straightforward preparation since the Jacques le Marois and his last piece of work went very well.

"There is some rain forecast over the weekend in the form of showers and the ground is set to be good to soft, which shouldn't go against him.

"It is a very competitive race and we hope that he can run up to his best form again."

Territories, with Mickael Barzalona in the saddle as usual, opposes nine others including Esoterique, Dutch Connection, dual Group One winner Karakontie and Sussex Stakes runner-up Arod.

Godolphin has been successful in the Prix du Moulin de Longchamp with Slickly (2001) and Librettist (2006).
