Dawn out to deliver in Silver Flash

Two-year-old filly Dawn Delivers steps up in class and trip for the G3 Silver Flash Stakes over seven furlongs at Leopardstown, Ireland, on Thursday, July 27. 

The Jim Bolger-trained daughter of Dawn Approach stayed on well to score by a half a length in a six-furlong maiden at the Curragh on July 16. 

She finished second twice previously in maiden races over the same distance, including when going down by a short-head on her debut at Leopardstown on June 15. 

Kevin Manning again partners Dawn Delivers, drawn in stall six, who lines up against five other juvenile fillies including maiden winners Easter Lily and Happily plus handicap scorer Golden Spell. 

Jim Bolger commented: “Dawn Delivers is an improving filly and I am hoping for another good run.”
