Charming Thought's Salisbury Return

Charming Thought, winner of the G1 vision.ae Middle Park Stakes at Newmarket, UK, in 2014, is set to return to racing at Salisbury on Sunday, June 12.

The four-year-old Oasis Dream colt has an entry in the Listed British Stallion Studs EBF Cathedral Stakes over six furlongs at the Wiltshire racecourse.

Charlie Appleby, Charming Thought's trainer, commented: "Charming Thought is likely to run in the Cathedral Stakes at Salisbury on Sunday.

"I am delighted with the way he is training in Newmarket and I can't wait to get him back to the track and see him run on Sunday.

"Whatever he does on Sunday, he will come forward and hopefully the outing will set him up for the rest of the season."

Charming Thought appeared four times as a two-year-old, winning three consecutive races after being beaten narrowly on debut.
