Appleby undecided on Folkswood target

Godolphin trainer Charlie Appleby reported Folkswood to have come out of his Cranbourne Cup triumph in good order but he has yet to confirm the gelding's next race in Melbourne.

"I hear that he has pulled up OK after Sunday, which is good news, but I would like to have a couple more days before committing to where he will go next.

The G1 Cox Plate is a consideration, but it is not the only option. We'll see how he is in the next couple of days," the trainer added.

Meanwhile, Kidmenever, who finished 8th in the G2 Herbert Power Stakes at Caulfield on Saturday, is not finished for the Spring.

"We will look for something in a couple of weeks for Kidmenever," Appleby reported.
