Antiquarium Ruled Out Of Goodwood

Antiquarium is forced to miss Thursday's G2 Goodwood Cup due to an injury setback, but trainer Charlie Appleby remains hopeful the Northumberland Plate winner will be fit for next month's Ebor Meeting at York.

Appleby said: "He has had a minor setback and we have had to treat him with anti-inflammatories, so unfortunately, he will miss the Goodwood Cup.

"We will look to getting him back as soon as possible, and he is still in the Ebor, which could be a possibility," he added.
