Silent Love tests Listed credentials at Newmarket

All-weather scorer Silent Love steps up to Listed level for the Chalice Stakes at Newmarket, UK, on Saturday, 2 August.

Having finished third on her first two starts, the Dubawi filly stayed on strongly to win a Kempton Park maiden by three-quarters of a length in June.

Her trainer Charlie Appleby said: “It was nice to see Silent Love get her head in front at Kempton and she has enjoyed a nice break since. She looks as though she will get a mile and a half well, and stepping up to this level will hopefully tell us what sort of filly we have for the rest of the season.”
