Pleascach returns to a mile and a half for the Group One Darley Yorkshire Oaks at York, UK, on Thursday, August 20.

The three-year-old filly, trained by Jim Bolger and ridden by Kevin Manning, rallied to come home a close fifth, beaten three lengths, in the 10-furlong Group One Sea The Stars Pretty Polly Stakes at the Curragh, Ireland, on June 28.

She went down by a length to Curvy as the pair finished clear in the 12-furlong Group Two Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot on June 18, having stayed on gamely for Classic success in the Group One Tattersalls Irish 1,000 Guineas over a mile at the Curragh on May 24.

The daughter of Teofilo gained a facile win in the 10-furlong Group Three Irish National Stud EBF Blue Wind Stakes at Naas on May 13 and started this year's campaign when runner-up in a Naas Listed race over a mile and a quarter on April 18.

Jim Bolger said: "Pleascach is very well and we are expecting a good performance from her."

Pleascach, drawn eight, takes on 10 fillies and mares headed by Covert Love, Jack Naylor and Curvy, who were first, second and third in the Darley Irish Oaks.

Both Punctilious (2005) and Blue Bunting (2011) have won the Darley Yorkshire Oaks for Godolphin.
