Enjoyed a fine career that spanned five seasons, a record that could have been even better had he not fractured his off-hind fetlock on his final start of 2003 when sent off favourite for the Melbourne Cup; prior to the injury, he had landed two Group 1s in Germany, firstly when getting the better of Black Sam Bellamy in the Grosser Preis at Baden-Baden before following up with success in the Preis von Europa at Cologne under a month later; he returned to the winner's enclosure with victory in the Group 3 September Stakes at Kempton as a 5yo and landed the Listed Glorious Stakes the following season; retired to stand at Graditz Stud in Germany, he won from 1m-2m and handled most ground
