Wedding Toast steps back up in class for the mile Grade Three Rampart Stakes at Gulfstream Park, USA, on Saturday, February 21.

The Kiaran McLaughlin-trained five-year-old gained a cosy victory on her first appearance for nine months in the non-graded Miami Shores Handicap over seven furlongs at the same course on January 7.

She was second to multiple Grade One winner Princess Of Sylmar in the mile non-graded Cat Cay Stakes at Aqueduct in April - her only start of 2014.

Wedding Toast previously posted four straight wins, culminating with a brave head verdict from Toasting, the pair clear, in the Grade Three Comely Stakes over nine furlongs at Aqueduct in November, 2013.

Kiaran McLaughlin commented: "Wedding Toast had a nice prep-race in the Miami Shores. She has really come back outstanding as a five-year-old.

"We feel like she is the one to beat again and she will be up towards the lead. She couldn't be doing any better and we are excited about her."

Jose Lezcano rides Wedding Toast for the fifth time.

The Godolphin contender, drawn two, opposes six fillies and mares including Grade One Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint third Thank You Marylou, Grade Two Gazelle Stakes runner-up Got Lucky and Grade One Mother Goose Stakes fourth House Rules.
