Famous Kid steps up to a Group race for the first time in the G3 Nad Al Sheba Trophy Sponsored By SkyCargo over a mile and three quarters on turf at Meydan, UAE, on Thursday, March 3.

The Saeed bin Suroor-trained five-year-old stayed on well to take a close third on his first start of the year in a turf handicap over the same course and distance on February 4.

The Street Cry horse beat G2 winner Ahzeemah in another 14-furlong turf handicap at last year's Dubai World Cup Carnival and has gained four wins in the UK, including a comprehensive six-length success in a Polytrack handicap, also over a mile and three quarters, at Chelmsford City in November.

Saeed bin Suroor commented: "Famous Kid has been doing well. He is in good condition at the moment and this looks to be the right race for him.
