Racenews

Adventuring added some more turf G3 Black Type to her versatile profile when coming home third in the Cardinal Stakes at Churchill Downs, USA, on Thursday, 24 November.

The Brad Cox-trained four-year-old broke her maiden on dirt before going on to four Stakes wins on turf and Tapeta, headed by an all-the-way success in the G3 Ladies Marathon at Kentucky Downs in September.

Adventuring regained second turning in and was angled out to try and challenge Dalika at the top of the straight. She kept on but could not reel in Dalika, with Perseverancia getting up for second inside the final half-furlong
