Seventh Street enjoyed a fine career in the States for both Kiaran McLaughlin and Saeed bin Suroor, graduating out of claiming company to win twice at the highest level; the daughter of Street Cry made something of an inauspicious start to her career when turned over at odds-on for a maiden special weight at Gulfstream Park in January 2008, but she improved in leaps and bounds throughout the remainder of her 3yo campaign when winning twice at Aqueduct; winner of a second claimer on her reappearance in January the following year, she made a smooth transition to graded company; took the Grade 1 Apple Blossom Handicap in April and the Grade 1 Go For Wand Handicap at Saratoga in August 2009; she was retired to the paddocks at the end of the campaign
