half-brother to 7f 2yo winner Making History (RPR 86); dam 8.5f-1m1f winner (inc German Listed; 91); solid second of eight in 7f maiden at Yarmouth in September 2021; followed that with ready win in 1m Lingfield novice stakes in October and added a four-runner conditions race at Chelmsford (10f) in November; completed hat-trick in Meydan conditions race (10f) when next seen 111 days later in Jumeirah Derby at Meydan (10f) in February 2022; doesn't have a Derby entry but looked a decent prospect for that race when winning a 10f Listed race at Newmarket by 7l in April; was supplemented for the Derby but possibly didn't handle the track as he finished in midfield; much better on next start when close second in Grade 1 Belmont Derby Invitational over 1m2f (slowly away before running on well); won Grade 1 Saratoga Derby (9.5f) on next start in August and followed up in grand style in Grade 3 over 12f at Belmont in September but only fifth (race keenly) in Breeders' Cup Turf in November; encouraging third in Group 1 Dubai Turf on first start of 2023 but then wasn't seen until landing the 1m2f Group 1 Grosser Dallmayr-Preis in July under an inspired front-running ride by William Buick; followed up in the Grade 1 Canadian International at Woodbine (10f) on next start in October but then didn't fire in the Bahrain International Trophy the next month.
