half-brother to winners Rusambo (6f inc Listed), Engagement (Listed-placed around 6.5f), Handfast (6f-7f inc Listed), Wedding (7f), Special Snap (6f 2yo) and Jahez (5.5f); off the mark on third start when winning at Kensington over 5f 110yds; probably below his best in a Group 3 handicap after that but back to his best at Randwick when landing a handicap; close second in follow-up bid at Caulfield (7f) in September and similar runs when third in Group 2 at Randwick (7.5f) and second in a Group 3 at Flemington (1m) in October; won first start for nearly a year at Randwick (6f) in September 2022 and followed that with figures of 334 in late 2022 (all over 6-6.5f); down the field in 6f handicap at Sunshine Coast in May, albeit not beaten too far; bounced back to winning form later that month at Doomben in a Class 3 conditions race and beaten 2l or less on next two starts; ran respectably on 2024 return, albeit well held.
