Competition Rules

  1. To Enter
    • All entries must be received online on the Godolphin website (www.godolphin.com). The start date and closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. This will always be a time and date in Dubai. Where a time is not given, the start time will be 14.30hrs (Dubai time) and the closing time will be 17.59hrs (Dubai time) on the days specified in the relevant competition. Any entries received before or after these dates and times will not be accepted. The competitions are managed and controlled from Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
    • By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. Entries through agents or third parties will be invalid.
  2. Winner Announcement
    • The winner will be announced on the Godolphin website (www.godolphin.com) as soon as practicable after the closing date of each competition and the winner will be notified personally as soon as practicable after this date.
  3. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to anyone aged 18 or over as at the relevant closing date, except those who are employees of Godolphin, any of its wholly owned subsidiaries or any marketing services agency, handling house or other company involved directly with the administration of this competition, or any member of their households.
  4. Validity
    • There is a limit of one entry per person. No responsibility will be taken by Godolphin for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
    • Godolphin, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with any system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any entry being lost or not properly recorded or registered.
    • Godolphin reserves the right to disqualify any entries that breach these rules and to cancel a competition at any time if deemed necessary, in its absolute discretion.
  5. To Win
    • The first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries who have answered all the questions correctly will win the prize. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. If they cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Godolphin reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
    • All decisions of Godolphin will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  6. The Prize
    • The prize for each competition is a selection of Godolphin Merchandise as specified in the relevant competition. Godolphin may in its absolute discretion offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash alternatives will be issued.
    • The prize will be sent by courier service to the winner. Godolphin will bear any shipping and custom duties where applicable.
  7. Winner Publicity
    • Entrants accept that, if they win, Godolphin will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, town of residence and home country for the purposes of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.
    • The winner shall, where reasonable, take part in any post-competition publicity if required by Godolphin.
  8. Data Privacy
    • Godolphin will comply with its Privacy Policy [LINK] in relation to the competitions.

  10. Governing Law
    • These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Dubai law. Any dispute arising out of the accessing or use of this website shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
